We, the Episcopal staff of the East Africa Episcopal Area of The United Methodist Church, are thrilled to about the re-opening of our Episcopal office. This significant milestone marks a new chapter in our journey, and we are filled with immense excitement and anticipation for the future. The re-opening of our office symbolizes renewed energy and a deepened commitment to our mission of developing principled Christian servant leaders who proclaim the Gospel and transform the world. This dedicated space will serve as a hub for collaboration, strategic planning, and community engagement, enabling us to better support our clergy, lay leaders, and congregants across Burundi, Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, South Sudan, and Uganda.
As we step into this new phase, we are enthusiastic about the opportunities that lie ahead. Our vision to live the Gospel and be positive agents for change remains steadfast. With the re-established office, we are better equipped to advance our initiatives in education, health, social services, and peace-building. This will further strengthen our efforts to address the pressing challenges faced by our communities. Our commitment to serve is stronger than ever.
